摘要
利用EON虚拟现实软件对数控机床的加工过程进行仿真,建立了数控机床的虚拟仿真系统。用CATIA建立机床的三维实体模型,在3DS MAX中进行渲染着色,通过EON Studio软件建立机床加工的虚拟环境。使用键盘、鼠标和数据手套等虚拟外设进行信息输入,同时用Meshbuilder节点生成工件模型并对工件位置及刀具世界坐标进行定义。添加Javascript节点实现了工件随刀具进给而发生形状改变的虚拟仿真加工的过程。开发了数控机床虚拟仿真系统的VB人机交互界面,实现了数控机床加工仿真系统的功能集成。
It simulated the machining process of the CNC machine tools and established a virtual simulation system of CNC machine tools by EON virtual reality software. Established a three-dimensional solid model of the CNC machine tools with CATIA, rendered solid model in 3DSMAX and created a virtual machining environment in EON Studio software. Used keyboard, mouse, data gloves and other virtual peripherals input the information~ Generated model of artifact with Meshbuilder node and defined the world position of the artifact and the tool, while using Javascript node to realize the simulation tool machining process. The artifact changed in shape as the tools moved~ Finally, it developed a VB interactive interface for CNC machine tool virtual simulation system to achieve a functional CNC machining simulation system integration.
