摘要 设计了一种用于矿用电动轮自卸车牵引变流器传动控制单元(DCU)的CAN通信装置,包括其CAN通信接口、RS232通信接口及网关功能;装置单板采用LPC2294作为处理器芯片,采用μC/OS-II实时操作系统管理系统资源和应用程序的调度处理;单板外形设计成普通信用卡大小的子板形式,安装在变流器DCU中的CPU主控板上。联调试验和装车运行考核结果表明,该CAN通信装置运行稳定可靠,性能和指标达到了矿用电动轮车网络通信设计要求。 It designed a CAN communication device for drive control unit (DCU) of traction converter for mine electric wheel dump truck, including CAN communication interface, RS232 communication interface and gateway functions. The communication board used LPC2294 as its processor chip, and applied the μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system as its resources and application scheduling process management system. The board was designed to be a sub-board, whose size as the same as a regular credit card, and installed in the CPU main controlling board of drive control unit (DCU) for the converter. Debugging test and assessment of loading operation show that the operation of the communication device is stable and reliable, and its performance and indicators satisfy the design requirements of mine electric tricycte network communication.
