摘要
电子战效能不仅反映装备的使用性能，而且关系到电子战装备在体系中的贡献率，因此电子战效能评估技术是电子战行业发展需要解决的重大问题。文章分析了电子战效能评估的意义、现有评估指标体系和方法，总结当前效能评估技术的困局，探讨电子战效能评估技术的发展方向。
The evaluation of electronic warfare （EW） performance is important for argumenta- tion, development, and usage. The performance of electronic warfare is not only the capability of equipment but also the contribution ability. In this paper, the meaning of performance evaluation, evaluation system and evaluation method are analyzed. The predicament of EW performance evaluation is pointed out. Finally, some key directions are discussed.
