摘要
以某垃圾焚烧发电厂渗滤液处理工程为例,验证了调试过程中不同运行方式对渗滤液处理效果的影响,结果表明,新建二期处理工程后,采用一、二期生化处理系统串联运行的方式处理渗滤液的效果比一、二期单独处理时好,MBR系统出水可以达到CJ 343—2010《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》的要求,无需开启后续纳滤膜组件系统,大大节省了能耗和运行费用。该系统的成功运行,为分建式的渗滤液处理工程或者其他高浓度有机废水的调试运行提供了参考。
Taking the leachate treatment engineering of one domestic waste incineration power plant for example,it was verified that the different operation mode during the debugging process had a significant impact on the efficiency of leachate treatment. The results showed that, after 2 stage engineering was build,the effect of combination operation way of the biological treatment system of 1 stage and 2 stage was better than the effect of separate operation way of 1 stage and 2 stage. The quality of effluent water of MBR can meet the requirements of 《Wastewater quality standards for discharge to municipal sewers》(CJ343-2010), and the membrane component of nanofiltration system was not need to run, which can greatly reduce the energy consumption and operation costs. The successful operation of the system could provide a reference for the debugging and operation process of the leachate treatment project or other high-concentration organic wastewater,which was built by stages.
