摘要
目的：评价泪道U 型硅胶管置管联合眼膏注入治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效.方法：某院从2011年9月-2013年8月对慢性泪囊炎患者67例（73眼）进行泪道U 型硅胶管置管术,术后其中39眼（实验组）定期将典必殊眼膏通过置管注入泪道抗炎.另34眼（对照组）不进行眼膏注入,只行单纯泪道冲洗.结果：全部慢性泪囊炎患者术后6个月拔管并随访18个月后治愈64眼.总治愈率为87.67%.其中实验组39眼治愈36眼,治愈率为92.31%;对照组34眼治愈28眼,治愈率为82.35%.两者疗效比较差别有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）.结论：泪道置管联合眼膏注入治疗慢性泪囊炎效果更加良好.
Objective: To evaluate the effect of the U-type lacrimal implanted silicone tube joint ophthalmic ointments injection in treating chronic dacryocystitis. Methods: Select 67( 73 eyes) patients with chronic dacryocystitis received U-type lacrimal implanted silicone tube by a hospital from September 2011 to August 2013. After surgery,39 eyes( experimental group) regularly received Tobra Dex ointment by catheter injection. Another 34 eyes( control group) only received lacrimal duct flushing. Results: All patients were visited 6 months after surgery,And were followed up for 18 months,64 eyes were cured. The total cure rate was 87. 67%. In the experimental group,36 eyes out of 39 were cured,The cure rate was 92. 31%. In the control group,28 eyes out of 34 were cured,the cure rate was 82. 35%. Compare the efficacy,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Lacrimal silicone tube implantation combined with ointment injection has better effect in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.
