摘要
传感器零点的长期稳定是一项重要的技术参数指标。影响传感器零点误差的因素包括粘贴工艺、弹性体设计、温度等。针对应变式扭矩传感器内部电阻磨损对零点造成的误差进行研究,并通过CAN总线对其零点进行校正。
Long-term stability of sensor zero is an important technical parameters index. There are many reasons for the error of the sensor zero. For example： paste technology, design of elastomer, temperature, etc. We studied on the error zero point caused by the internal resistance wear of the varible torque sensor and corrected its zero point by CAN bus.
