摘要
介绍了CFG桩的应用特点,阐述了长螺旋钻管内泵压混合料灌注法的施工工艺流程,并从桩基施工前期准备、组织试桩试验、桩基质量检测等方面,分析了CFG桩施工中的质量控制要点,指出CFG桩复合地基的施工方法较为简单,机械化程度高,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The paper introduces the application features of CFG piles,illustrates the construction craft procedure for the long spiral drill pipe by pump pressure of mixture grouting piles,analyzes the quality control in CFG pile construction from the preparation of pile foundation construction,organization of trial pile tests,and pile foundation quality tests,and points out the construciton method is simple with higher mechanization and better social and economic benefits.
