摘要
牵引变压器二次绕组因为变流器PWM斩波而含有大量高次谐波,这些谐波如果不加以抑制则不可避免会产生电磁噪声甚至产生电磁啸叫,这是变压器与变流器集成设计应该考虑的问题。文章以某型牵引系统为例,分析变压器电磁啸叫产生机理,并通过仿真分析提出变压器电磁啸叫抑制方法。
Because of the PWM method implemented in the traction converter, there are abundant harmonic flowing through the second windings of the traction transformer. If these currents are not controlled intentionally, electromagnetic noise, even worth electromagnetic whistle, will come out unavoidably. So when considering the integration of the traction transformer and traction converter, this issue can’t not be neglected. Taking some type of traction transformer for example, this article has analyzed the mechanism of the electromagnetic whistle and promoted a scheme of how to control the electromagnetic whistle from simulation analysis.
