摘要
消费体验迅速在国内兴起,为满足该需求,历史街区改造中引入商业步行街已经成为普遍性做法.然而,在消费文化的影响下,很多步行街的建设只为达到纯粹的商业目的,而漠视了历史街区所有的地域性价值,对街区大拆大建,传统建筑丧失了原有的历史环境或被更新,当地居民的生活方式被改变,造成了地域特色的遗失.随着物质文明的高度发育,人们对文化、审美等精神方面的渴望值越来越高.如何在步行街建设中突出消费体验功能的同时,保护与体现地域文化,成为步行街规划设计面临的焦点问题.通过对商业消费与地域文化要素特征的研究,提出了商业开发过程中的地域文脉保护方法.
With the consumption experience sprung up to meet the demand, the introduction of commercial pedestrian street has become a common practice in the reform of historical blocks in China. However, under the influence of consumer culture, a lot of construction for purpose of purely commercial pedestrian streets ignores all regional value, historical and tra- ditional buildings, loses the original historical environment, and changes the lifestyles of the local residents with local characteristics lost. With the high development of material civiliza- tion, people's desire for cultural, aesthetic and spiritual aspects becomes more and more great. How to highlight the function of consumer experience in the construction of pedestri- an street, and protect and reflect the regional culture, become the focus of the pedestrian street planning and design. This paper, through the study of the characteristics of regional culture elements and business spending, suggests a regional cultural protection method in the process of business development.
