MiR-34a在前列腺癌、膀胱癌和肾癌中作用机制的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 人类基因的转录大约只有1.5%的转录产物可以编码蛋白质,其余部分均被认为是非编码RNA。根据转录本的大小将非编码RNA分为长链非编码RNA和短链非编码RNA。MicroRNA作为短链非编码RNA中重要的一个亚类在短链非编码RNA中研究得最多,大小在18-22nt之间。MicroRNA首次在植物中被发现,后证实其广泛存在于动植物体内,序列的高度保守性显示了它们重要的调节功能,这引起了人们对microRNA在细胞中的功能及其作用机制越来越多的研究兴趣。
