摘要 针对目前小电流系统故障选线装置的人机信息交互问题,设计一种基于单片机的独立于装置核心板的简易人机接口面板.该面板以LCM320240液晶和LED灯模块显示信息,利用扫描法访问键盘模块实现信息的查询或输入,扩展了2个RS232串口且分别用于面板与后台DSP核心板和用户通信,实现装置的信息交互功能,同时节约了DSP的资源开销.对接口电路整体进行实验测试,测试结果表明该面板具有可操作性强、反应速度快等优点,达到设计要求. A sample human-machine interface(HMI) independent from core board of the device, based on MCU was designed for the interaction between human and machine of the fault line detection device in small current grounded system. It has rich storage circuit and displays information with LCM320240 screen and LEDs. The keyboard was checked by scanning method to realize the searching or inputting of information. Two RS232 serial ports were expanded as me- dium when human-machine interface(HMI) communicated with users and core board of the device. It realizes the information exchange function of the device and saves the resource cost of DSP as well. A test for the interface was executed, and the results show that the HMI has operability and rapid response, which meets the requirement.
