摘要
按照新型城镇化发展要求,从经济、社会、公共服务、科技创新、资源环境五个方面构建城镇发展质量综合测度指标体系,以云南省为例,运用熵值法、质量与速度协调测度模型和GIS技术对城镇综合发展质量进行综合测度分析。结果表明:第一,云南省各市区按发展类型可以分为优质完善型、加速提升型、初步发展型、严重落后型4种形态;按发展协调度可以划分为协调型、滞后型和质量过度滞后型三类;按主导类型则可以划分为经济发展与科技支撑主导型、经济与社会发展主导型、资源环境主导型以及非主导型四类。第二,城镇综合发展质量区域差异显著且整体水平较低,总体呈现出由昆明为中心向外围圈呈三级阶梯状递减的空间格局特征。
According to the new urbanization development requirements,this paper establishes a comprehensive index system from five aspects--regional economic, society, public service, technology innovation, and resources and environment. It analyzes the urbanization development quality and rate of Yunnan by using the method of entropy, coordination evaluation mode and GIS technology. The findings are as follows：Firstly, cities in Yunnan fall into four groups （high-quality type, improving type, preliminary development type, seriously backwardness type） based on their development, three groups （ advanced type, lagging type and excessively lagging type） based on their coordination degree, and four groups （economy development and technology dominant type, economy and society development dominant type, resources and environment dominant type, and non-dominant type） based on urbanization dominant. Secondly, the overall urbanization quality is poor with significant regional differences. The overall spatial pattern characteristic is diminishing levels from Kunming to peripheral areas di- vided into three layers.
