摘要
在新时期,现代大学管理更加强调在国家宏观管理下,加强大学与社会的联系,做到大学自主管理与社会评估监督相结合,特别是随着我国经济的进一步发展,我国公民意识逐渐提升,公民参与社会公众事务管理的要求日益增加,信息公开制度也在逐渐推进。由于高校信息公开实践开始较晚,在公开进程中也必然存在着一定的困难,本文拟通过对相关资料的梳理及对国内外关于高等院校信息公开制度的比对与借鉴,试图找出影响现代大学信息公开制度发展的因素,现代大学管理中信息公开制度存在的问题以及对存在问题给出的对策建议,以此来进一步推动我国现代大学中信息公开制度的进程。
In the new era, the modem university management pays more attention to the combination of university autonomous management and social assessment and supervision under national macro management. Especially with the further deveIopment of Chinese economy, the awareness of our citizens gradually raise, citizen participation in public affairs management requirements is increasing, information disclosure system is gradually advancing. There are some difficulties and problems in information disclosure system in colleges and universities because it began late in practicing. In this thesis, by combing the related materials and comparing the information disclosure system of the domestic and foreign colleges and universities for reference, we try to find out the factors influencing modem university information disclosure system development, problems of modem university management information disclosure system and the countermeasures and suggestions of these problems to promote the process of information publicity system in our country modern university.
