摘要
高校仪器设备论证制度能帮助高校所购置仪器设备配置向科学和合理方向发展。分析了高校大型仪器设备论证普遍存在的问题,阐述了高校仪器设备项目论证的内容和依据,提出了加强对高校仪器设备论证前的调研,对高校仪器设备论证的制度建设加以完善,对高校仪器设备论证中规范专家管理提出了一些措施。
University equipment verification system helps colleges and universities to purchase equipment configuration development of scientific and rational direction.Analyzed the common problem of university equipment demonstration,elaborated the project content and basis of college equipment demonstration,proposed to strengthen the former research of university equipment demonstration,improves the system construction of university equipment demonstration,regulates and stren gthens demonstration expert system management measures of the university equipment.
