摘要
文章从人的需求、环境可持续发展、精神文化、老龄化社会以及物业管理等方面分析了居住区空间环境设计的影响因素,在此基础上从空间结构布局、建筑结构、交通绿地、公共设施、景观小品等方面对居住区空间环境的创新设计进行论述。期望通过本文的研究能够对居住区整体设计水平的提升有所帮助。
Articles from human needs, environmental sustainability, spiritual culture, aging society and property management, analysis of the factors affecting the design of residential space environment, on the basis of the spatial structure and layout, building structure, green transportation, public facilities landscape sketches and other aspects of the innovative design of residential space environment are discussed. We expect to be able to enhance the overall level of residential areas designed to help through this study.
