摘要
为了应对工业工程在有关工业系统设计、管理及优化等综合性实验课程开发难度较大的问题,该文提出将计算机仿真技术与项目教学、案例教学相结合,实现了"教、学、做"一体化,并且,在显著改善实验教学条件、提升实验教学效果的同时,减少了设备消耗,尤其是耗材的使用量,节省了实验经费,而且克服了时间与空间上的限制,使得工业工程综合实验课的开课率和学生的专业综合能力得到显著提升。
By using triditional method, it is dificult to develop the comprehensive experiment of industrial engineering on industrial system design, management and optimization. In order to resolve this problem, a method using computer simulation technology combined with teaching program and case sudy in this paper is proposed. Based on this method proposed, teaching, sdudy and operation are integrated. And the experimental teaching environment and effect are both improved significantly; the equipment consumption is decreased, especialy the consumables consumption. Therefore, it can save experiment funds, eliminate the limitation of time and space, which make a significant improvement in experimental couse and sdudent capability.
