摘要
目的探计品管圈活动在降低输血科血型鉴定错误率的应用效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组，选定降低血型鉴定错误率作为活动主题．按活动计划拟订、现状把握、原因分析、对策拟定实施、效果检验、效果巩固等10个步骤实施各项活动，比较活动前后输血科血型鉴定错误率的改善情况。结果血型鉴定错误率由活动前的0．041％降至活动后的0，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论品管圈活动能有效降低输血科血型鉴定错误率，实现血型鉴定零差错，同时提高圈员的团队协助精神，增加圈员的责任心，保证临床输血安全。
Objective To investigate the application effect of the QCC in lowering error rate of blood grouping in blood transfusion department.Methods Establish QCC activity groups,choose lowering error rate of blood grouping as the theme of this activity, make plan in accordance with this activity,master present situations,analyze causes,implement the countermeasures proposed,inspect the effects,consolidate effects and others activities,totally ten steps to implement every steps. Compare the improvement conditions of the error rate of blooding grouping before and after activity.Results The error rate of blooding grouping decreases from 0.041% before Qcc activity to 0 after activity,and the differences have statistical significances（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion QCC can effectively reduce the error rate of blood typing and make blood grouping to achieve 0 error,while increasing the circle members＇ assistance team spirit and sense of responsibility,furthermore ,it can ensure the safety of clinical transfusions.
