96例胫骨平台骨折内固定疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析胫骨平台骨折内固定疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2012年3月至2015年4月收治的胫骨平台骨折患者96例,均采取内固定治疗,分析治疗效果。结果胫骨平台骨折治疗有效率均在80.0%以上,胫骨平台骨折治疗效果与骨折复杂程度相关(χ2=76.06,P=0.000);优71例,良14例,可11例,总优良率为88.5%;6例患者术后伤口渗出液较多,4例患者膝关节屈伸受限,4例患者小腿近端深静脉血栓,2例动脉受损,所有患者均骨性愈合,内固定良好,未出现内固定松动、断裂等不良事件。结论在胫骨平台骨折治疗中,采取内固定治疗需要全面评估患者的骨折情况,积极处理软骨组织损伤,提高治疗效果。 Objedive To analyze the efficacy of fixation in tibial plateau.Methods 96 patients with tibial plateau in hospital from March 2012 to April 20t5 were selected,patients were given treatment of internal fixation,the efficacy of the patients were ompared.Results The effective rate of the treatment of tibial plateau fractures were more than 80.0% ,the treatment effect and fracture complexity were related (χ2=76.06,P=0.000),71 cases were excellent,14 cases were good,12 cases were fair,88.5% cases were good,6 cases patients were postoperative wound effusion,4 cases patients were deep venous thrombosis,2 cases arterial in- jury,all patients were bone healing,no internal fixation loosening,fracture and other adverse events.Conclusion In the treatment of tibial plateau fractures,internal fixation is needed to evaluate the fracture of the patients,and actively deal with the cartilage injury and improve the treatment effect.
