载银纳米二氧化钛改善软衬材料抗菌性实验研究

摘要 目的研究添加不同含量载银纳米二氧化钛对义齿软衬材料抗菌性能改善的效果、方法将载银纳米二氧化钛按0,1%,2%,3%的质量百分比添加入软衬材料中,制作抗茼软衬材料试件。体外培养白色念珠菌株于各组软衬材料试件上,计算各组抗菌率。结果载银纳米二氧化钛含量为0.1%,2%,3%备组的抗菌率分别为0,69.9%,91.3%,96.5%.结论在义齿软衬材料中添加裁银纳米二氧化钛后,抗菌性能明显提高,提示加入载银纳米二氧化钛的义齿软衬材料可作为预防义齿性口炎的积极措施。 Objective To study the antibacterial activity and prolonged effects of denture soft lining material containing Ag-em- bedded-TiO2.Methods The Ag-embedded-TiO2 were added into denture soft lining material with the mass fraction of 0%,1%, 2%,3%,then the inhibition ratios of the 4 groups against Candida albicans were tested.Results The inhibition ratios of the 4 groups against Candida albieans were 0,69.9% ,91.3% and 96.5% in turn.Conclusion The antimicrobial ability of denture soft lining material increased with the Ag-embedded-TiO2,suggesting that the addition of Ag-embedded-TiO2 to denture soft lining material may be an effective measure to prevent denture stomatitis in longterm purpose.
