摘要
目的探讨盐酸丙卡特罗联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎的效果。方法选择2013年1月至2015年6月收治的小儿肺炎患儿80例，均分为两组，分别实施常规治疗、常规治疗＋盐酸氨溴索＋盐酸丙卡特罗治疗。结果观察组患儿用药后3d的有效率是75．00％，对照组为47．50％，差异显著（P〈0．05）。治疗7d后，观察组的治疗总有效率是92．50％，对照组为77．50％，差异明显（／9〈0．05）。观察组患儿的临床治疗总有效率为92．50％，对照组是75．00％，组间比较有明显差异（P〈0．05）。结论盐酸丙卡特罗联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效良好，可有效控制患儿的临床症状。
Objective To discuss procaterol hydrochloric combined ambroxol hydrochloride effect carries on the analysis for the treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods The research object to choose since January 2013 - June 2015 to our hospital 80 cases of children with infantile pneumonia,divided into two groups,the implementation of conventional treatment and routine treat- ment ＋ ambroxol hydrochloride ＋ procaterol treatment,contract and observe the clinical therapeutic effects of two groups of chil- dren.Results Observation group with 3 d effectiveness is 75.00%,the medicine control group is 47.50%,the difference significant （P〈 0.05）.7 d after treatment,treatment group total effectiveness is 92.50%,the control group was 77.50%,the difference obvious （P〈 0.05）.Group of children with clinical total effective rate is 92.50%,control group is 75.00%,the comparison between groups have significant difference（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Procaterol hydrochloride combined ambroxol hydrochloride in the clinical curative effect of treatment of infantile pneumonia is good,effective control of the patient＇s clinical symptoms.
