摘要
目的观察调剂管理在医院住院药房中存在的问题并探讨其改进措施。方法对该院2012年的1200份用药记录和2013年的1200份用药记录进行对比分析,发现并改进调剂管理在药房中存在的问题,观察并对比临床用药情况。2012年和2013年随机挑选相同的100名病区医护人员对药房工作进行评价,比较满意度。记录2012年和2013年出现不良医疗纠纷的发生率。结果观察组临床用药安全性、有效性以及依从性均高于对照组,2013年病区医护人员对药房工作满意度明显高于2012年,2013年医疗纠纷发生率远低于2012年,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分析并改进调剂管理在医院住院药房中存在的问题,能够明显提高临床安全用药率和有效用药率,进一步提高临床医护人员对住院药房工作的满意度,使患者对医护人员的信任度增加,从而提高用药依从性,减少医疗纠纷的发生。
Objective To observe the swap in hospital pharmacy management problems and to explore its improvement measures. Methods The hospital in 2012 of 1,200 medication records and 2013 of 1,200 medication records were analyzed retrospectively,discover and Improved swap management problems existing in the pharmacy, clinical observation and comparison of drug use. Randomly selected in 2012 and 2013 the same 100 wards in hospital pharmacy work to evaluate, compare satisfaction. Recording in 2012 and 2013 appeared the incidence of adverse medical disputes. Results The clinical drug safety, effectiveness, and compliance were higher in 2013 wards in hospital pharmacy job satisfaction was significantly higher than in 2012, in 2013 the incidence of medical disputes is far lower than in 2012, the difference have significant (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The analysis and improvement of management in hospital pharmacies adjust the existing problems, can significantly improve the clinical safety of medication administration rate and effective rate, to further improve the clinical staff of the hospital pharmacy job satisfaction, so that patients trust medical staff increase to improve medication compliance, reduce medical disputes occur.
