摘要
财政政策消费功效的充分发挥不仅可以有效提高居民消费能力,不断释放居民消费潜力,还可以扩大消费需求,促进经济增长。近年来,辽宁省在国家积极财政政策的影响下,充分发挥财政政策促进消费的重大作用。但是,当前辽宁省财政政策的消费功效在发挥过程中仍存在不足,有待于进一步完善。因此,首先对辽宁省财政政策消费功效的现状进行分析,之后分析辽宁省财政政策在发挥消费功效过程中存在的问题,最后,为完善辽宁省财政政策的消费功效提出相应的对策思考。
Consumption effect of fiscal policy can not only effectively improve the residents' consumption ability and constantly release of residents' consumption potential,but also can expand consumer demand and promote economic growth.In recent years,under the influence of the country's proactive fiscal policy,Liaoning fiscal policy plays a major role in promote consumption.However,the current consumption effect of fiscal policy in Liaoning is still have some drawbacks in the process and need to further improve.Therefore,firstly,the author analyze the current situation of consumption effect of fiscal policy in Liaoning province,after the analysis of fiscal policy in the process of develop consumption effect existing problems,and finally,to perfect the consumption effect of fiscal policy in Liaoning province that the author put forward the corresponding countermeasure thinking.
