摘要
TCP/IP协议栈能够使运行各种不同操作系统的数据终端之间实现互联互通,是当前国际互联网通信协议体系中应用最广泛的一种,具有很好的技术研究价值。路由查找是TCP/IP协议栈核心的功能之一,在文章中描述了一种使用FPGA器件来实现路由查找的方法,该方法将哈希散列查找和压缩二叉树查找算法相结合,方法设计巧妙,具有查找速度快、查找精度高、占用FPGA逻辑资源较少等优点,是工程实践中一种较好的方法。
With the rapid development of Internet, core router must process ten million or more packets per second, and the most important technological progress is how to enhance routing lookup speed. In this paper, a realization scheme of high performance routing lookup based on TCP/IP protocol implemented by FPGA is researched. With this scheme, the perform- ance of routing lookup speed and resources occupancy rate of FPGA are improved.
