显微镜下低温等离子刀与高频电刀切除会厌囊肿的临床比较分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的比较低温等离子刀与高频电刀治疗会厌囊肿的临床适用性。方法 43例会厌囊肿,按入院顺序随机分为观察组21例,对照组22例。所有患者均在全麻状态喉显微镜下手术。观察组实施低温等离子刀切除,对照组采用高频电刀切除术,比较两种术式的临床适用性。结果观察组平均手术时间、术后咽痛持续时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论显微镜下低温等离子刀治疗会厌囊肿具有手术视野好、损伤小及并发症少等优点。 Objective To compare the clinical feasibility of low-temperature plasma operation and high frequency electric knife procedure for the treatment of epiglottie cysts under laryngomicroscope. Methods Forty three cases with epiglottic cysts were randomly divided into two groups, with 21 in observing group (OG) and 22 cases in control one (CG). All patients were operated on by a laryngomicroscopic surgery under general anesthesia, while cases in OG were undergone an operation by low temperature plasma knife and those in CG undergone an operation by high frequency electric knife to remove the cysts. Then, an analysis was made to their clinical feasibility in a comparative way. Results The averaged operating time and duration of postoperative pain lasting in throat were both significantly shorter and the total volume of hemorrhage during operation was obviously less in OG than that in CG respectively (P〈0.05). Conclusions The operation performed with low-temperature plasma knife under laryngomicroscope holds such advantages as better visional field, minimally invasive to normal tissue and less operative complications in the treatment of epiglottic cyst.
