摘要
为有效提取齿轮轻微故障特征,提出一种基于变分模态分解的齿轮箱故障诊断新方法。首先,采用多分量仿真信号,与经验模态分解进行对比分析,然后将该方法应用于齿轮轻微磨损故障诊断。结果表明,相对于经验模态分解,能够将多分量信号成功分离,有利于高效提取齿轮轻微故障特征,为齿轮箱故障诊断提供参考。
In order to extract the characteristics of the slight fault of gears, a new method for fault diagnosis of gear box based on variational mode decomposition is proposed. Firstly, compared with empirical mode decomposition, a multicomponents simulation signal is used for analysis, and then VMD is applied in detecting the slight fault of gear. The calculated results show that this method can successfully separate the multi - components from each other, which is beneficial to the extraction of the slight fault of gears with good efficiency. This method will be a good reference for gearbox fault diagnosis.
