摘要
目的研究护理干预在慢性化脓性中耳炎患者中的应用效果。方法将50例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者随机分为两组各25例。常规组给予传统护理,细化组给予细化护理干预。比较两组患者的临床疗效和并发症的发生情况。结果细化组总有效率96.00%显著高于常规组的72.00%,并发症4.00%明显低于常规组的28.00%,积液消失时间、穿孔鼓膜愈合时间显著短于常规组,护理满意度和舒适度均高于常规组,P<0.05。两组干预后HAMA评分和HAMD评分均显著改善,且细化组改善程度明显优于常规组,P<0.05。结论细化护理干预对慢性化脓性中耳炎效果确切,可提高患者的舒适度,缓解其不良心理,减少并发症,显著缩短临床愈合时间和积液时间,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media（CSOM）. Methods 50 CSOM patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 25 cases in each group. The routine group was given traditional nursing, the detailed group was given detailed nursing intervention. The clinical effect and incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of detailed group was 96.00%, significantly higher than 72.00% of routine group; the complications rate of detailed group was 4.00%, significantly lower than 28.00% of routine group; the disappearing time of hydrops and healing time of perforated membrane of detailed group were shorter than those of routine group; the nursing satisfaction and comfort of detailed group were higher than those of routine group; both P〈0.05. The HAMA score and HAMD score of two groups decreased significantly, and the improvement degree of detailed group was better than that of routine group, P〈0.05. Conclusions Detailed nursing intervention has definite effect on chronic suppurative otitis media, and can improve patients＇ comfort, relieve patients＇ adverse psychology, reduce the complications rate, shorten the clinical healing time and effusion time, which is worthy of promotion.
