摘要
新型插入式桶式基础结构设计与施工都拥有各自的自主知识产权,并首次应用在连云港徐圩防波堤工程。文章主要通过对预制、场内搬运及出运、气浮及负压下沉等施工过程分析,提出无底混凝土桶体底模板工艺技术、混凝土气密性施工技术、桶体场内搬运技术、桶体气浮施工技术、桶体负压下沉施工技术、桶体安装控制系统等关键施工技术,工程取得了良好的社会与经济效益,为该结构的推广使用提供理论与实践参考。
Both the innovative design and construction of the plug-bucket-based structure have their respective intellectual property rights, and have been applied into the breakwater project of Xuwei Port in Lianyungang for the first time. By analyzing the construction processes of the precast, transfer and shipping in the precast yard, gas floating and the installing with negative pressure, we put forward the bottomless concrete bucket model process technology, the concrete air-tightness construction technology, the bucket transfer in precast yard technology, the bucket gas floating construction technology, the bucket installing with negative pressure construction technology, the bucket installation and control system and other key construction technologies. This project has gained good social and economic benefits, which provide theoretical and practical references for the popularization and application of this structure.
