摘要
当前我国全民健身运动公共服务在运动场地和体育指导两个主要方面既取得一定成绩也遭遇现实困境。全民健身运动是政府主导的一项民生工程,政府对其提供公共服务是一种给付行政行为。在依法治国背景下,我国全民健身运动逐渐法治化,其公共服务也需要适应法治化要求。应通过完善行政给付的法制建设,强化行政责任,为全民健身运动公共服务提供有效的法律保障。
Public service serves sports for all is basic for nation-wide fitness, which is one of the people＇s livelihood projects led by government and a kind of administrative supply. There are achievements as well as problems in sports field construction and sports instruction. The public service of nation-wide fitness must be ruled by law. Perfecting the way of legal relief in welfare administration can strengthen administrative responsibility and support the public service of nation-wide fitness effectively by law.
