摘要
根据理工科专业特点及以创新实践为导向的中心思想提出循序渐进的三阶段人才培养模式,并讨论了以创新实践为导向的教学模式的课程设置及课程的量化评价体系。在理工科专业的人才培养中,开创创新型的教学模式不仅有利于学校教学水平的提高,还能培养学生的创新思维和创造能力。希望此论文能为理工科应用型创新型人才的培养提供一些借鉴和参考。
Base on the feature of the science and engineering and the main idea of innovation practice oriented, the gradual three-stage personnel training mode was proposed. In addition, curriculum system based on innovation practice oriented teaching model and the quantitative evaluation of the curriculum were discussed. In the talent cultivation of the science and engineering professional students, the use of innovative teaching mode is imperative. This is not only beneficial to the improvement of school teaching, but also can cultivate students' creative thinking and ability theory. This study will provide valuable references for the cultivation of applied talents in science and engineering college.
