摘要
6-硝基-1,2-重氮氧基萘-4-磺酸(简称6-硝)属萘系染料中间体,是2-萘酚的深加工产品。以1,2-重氮氧基萘-4-磺酸(简称1,2,4-酸氧体)为原料与混酸(硝酸与硫酸混合配比)进行硝化反应制得6-硝基-1,2-重氮氧基萘-4-磺酸溶液,再经过离析加水,随着硝化料的加入使体系形成弱酸环境,通过降温使6-硝基-1,2,4-酸氧体晶体析出。实际生产中为得到更好的晶体,从加混酸的温度上入手,经过反复实验找出在加混酸过程中合理的反应温度对产品的影响。
6-nitro-1,2-diazoxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid is a naphthalene dye intermediate,a deep processed product of 2-naphthol. Taking 1,2-Naphthoxydiazo-4-sulfonic acid as raw materials and mixing( the mixed ratio of nitric acid and sulfuric acid) acid nitration reaction of 6-nitro-1,2-diazoxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid solution,after segregation of water,with nitrification material adding system,a weak acid environment was formed by cooling the 6-nitro-1,2-diazoxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid crystal precipitation. In the practical production,the effect of the reaction temperature on the product was obtained from the temperature of the mixed acid and the temperature of the mixed acid.
