摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立重轨的有限元模型,对重轨淬火过程进行有限元数值仿真分析,得到重轨的温度场分布云图;基于温度场分析的结果,进行应力分析,从而得到重轨在不同时刻的热变形云图,对后续重轨尺寸在线检测时热变形参数的选择具有一定的指导意义。
The finite element model of heavy rail was established using ANSYS software, and the quenching process of the heavy rail was simulated by the finite element analysis method. Then, the temperature field distribution was obtained. Based on the results of the thermal analysis, the thermal deformation field of the heavy rail at different time were acquired through stress analysis. It has significant value for selecting thermal deformation parameters of subsequent on-line dimension measurement of the heavy rail.
