摘要
通过原核表达系统表达了猪链球菌2型(Streptococcus suis type2,SS2)1910RR蛋白,并制备了多克隆抗体。结果表明,猪链球菌2型1910RR重组蛋白以上清形式表达,Western-blot检测证实了1910RR蛋白具有良好的免疫学活性,1910RR多克隆抗体效价为1∶4,为进一步研究1910RR蛋白功能奠定了良好基础。
The polyclonal antibody of 1910RR protein of Streptococcus suis type 2 was expressed and prepared. The results showed that 1910RR protein was expressed in the supernatant and has good immunological activity. The polyclonal antibodies of rabbit anti 1910RR protein was 1：4. The preparation of polyclonal antibody was successful and can be used for function research of 1910RR protein.
