摘要
以含有地方猪血液40%以上的湖北白猪优质系(HBYL)为配套系第一母本,巴克夏(HBYZ1)和大白猪SII1系(HBYZ2)分别为终端父本和中间父本,进行了湖北白猪优质配套系商品猪的生产和性能测定。结果表明,湖北白猪优质配套系商品猪肥育期日增重和达到100 kg体重日龄分别为765.29 g/d和175.34d,胴体瘦肉率为62.20%,眼肌面积为43.59 cm2,肌内脂肪含量为2.52%,父母代(HBYZ2系♂×HBYL系♀)母猪窝产仔数和窝活仔数分别为13.86和13.08头,多数肥育和胴体性状变异系数均低于10%,(HBYZ2系♂×HBYL系♀)母猪窝产仔数和窝活仔数变异系数均低于20%,具有较好的遗传稳定性。
In this study the high quality line of Hubei white pig which had 40% blood from Chinese native breeds was adopted as first female patent, the Barkshire pig and Yorkshire SII line as terminal male patent and middle male patent for the breeding of high quality synthetic line. The traits test results showed that the high quality synthetic line had high prolifi-cacy and good growth, carcass and meat quality performance. The average daily gain in fattening, age at 100 kg weight, lean meat rate, eye loin area and intra-muscle fat of the commercial pig was 765.29 g/d,175.34 d,62.20%,43.59 cm2 and 2.52%,respectively. The total number of born (TNB) and alive number of born (ANB) in patent generation was 13.86 and 13.08, respectively. The variation coefficients of most growth and carcass traits were lower than 10%, and the variation coef-ficients of TNB and ANB in patent generation were both lower than 20% which showed good heritable stability.
