摘要
基于宁夏土地流转现状和107户农户的调研数据,运用二元Logistic回归模型分析农户土地流转行为及其影响因素.结果表明,宁夏农户土地转出意愿普遍较低,年龄越大、地处川区的农户越不希望流转出土地,对土地依赖性越强,而认为抛荒土地会受到惩罚的农户和拥有非农专业技术的农户更加愿意流转出土地.最后,根据实证结果提出加强农户的非农专业技术培训,建立有效的就业保障机制,培育健康有序的农村土地流转市场等政策建议.
Based on the situation of land circulation of Ningxia and the survey data of 107 farm households, applying the bi- nary Logistic regression model, the action and influencing factors of land circulation are analyzed. The study found that farmers＇ willingness of land circulation is generally low. The older farmers are more strongly depended on land in the plain area and do not want to circulate their land. However, punishing the activity of abandon farm land can improve their willingness. The farms who have non-agriculture professional skill would be more pleasure to circulate the land. At last, based on our empirical results, we put forward some policy suggestions such as strengthening farmers＇ non-agriculture skill, establishing an effective mechanism of job se- curity, and cultivating a healthy and orderly rural land conversion market.
