摘要
目的探析腹透相关性腹膜炎运用规范化护理干预的临床效果。方法整群选取2013年5月—2015年5月期间该院收治的腹透相关性腹膜炎患者58例为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为两组,其中给予对照组常规护理,而观察组则运用规范化护理干预,对两组的临床护理效果进行对比分析。结果经过一段时间的护理干预,观察组的腹膜炎发生率为13.79%,明显高于对照组的34.48%,并且相比较对照组而言,观察组出现腹膜炎的诱因较多,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上运用规范化护理对腹透相关性腹膜炎患者进行护理干预,一方面可以减少腹膜炎的易感因素,另一方面还能降低出现腹膜炎的几率,确保治疗效果,促进患者更快更好地康复。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of standardized nursing intervention on the peritoneal dialysis-related peritonitis. Methods 58 cases with peritoneal dialysis-related peritonitis admitted in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group in accordance with the order of admission. The control group were treated by the conventional nursing, and the observation group were treated by the standardized nursing intervention. And the clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results Af-ter a period of nursing intervention, compared with the control group, the observation group had much lower incidence of peritonitis （13.79%vs 34.48%）, and more incentives of peritonitis, the difference between the groups was statistically signif-icant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the clinical treatment of peritoneal dialysis-related peritonitis, standardized nursing inter-vention can reduce the risk factors of peritonitis as well as the incidence of peritonitis, which can also ensure the treatment effect, and promote fast recovery.
