摘要
目的循环肿瘤细胞(circulating tumor cells,CTCs)作为恶性肿瘤术后转移的关键因素具有重要临床意义,分析CTCs免疫逃逸的具体机制,将为有效干预CTCs介导的复发与转移提供新的策略。方法应用PubMed和CNKI,以"循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)、免疫逃逸(immune escape)、血小板(Platelets)、自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cells,NK)调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,Tregs)、髓源抑制细胞(myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSC)"为主题词检索1869-01—2015-06英文文献138篇、中文文献3篇;入组标准:循环肿瘤细胞;免疫逃逸;免疫杀伤与抑制细胞;临床及基础研究;排除标准:循环肿瘤细胞的富集与检测。结果在循环肿瘤细胞的免疫逃逸及存活机制过程中,NK是主要的杀伤细胞,而血小板可能起着保护作用;调节性T细胞及髓源性抑制细胞均发挥负性调控作用。结论调控自然杀伤细胞的功能,抑制负性调控细胞的表达可能是干预循环肿瘤细胞介导的复发与转移的重要方法。
OBJECTIVE The circulating tumor cells(CTCs) of malignant tumors are thought of "seeds" of the me- tastasis in many solid tumors. Extensive review of the mechanisms of immune escape of CTCs was done to explore new strategies for preventing metastasis mediated by CTCs. METHODS Totally 138 articles in English and 3 in Chinese were found with "CTCs", "immune escape", "platelets(PLT)", "natural killer cells(NK)" ,"Regulatory T cells(Tregs)", "My- eloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSC)" as key words in PubMed and CNKI databases from Jan. 1869 to Jun. 2015. Final- ly, 33 articles were selected and analyzed according to the inclusion cirteria as follows:CTCs,immune escape,immune kil- ler-suppress cells,clinical study and exclusion as the enrichment and detection. RESULTS NK is the main killer cells for CTCs. WHILE platelets, Tregs and MDSC may play protective role for the survival of CTCs in the peripheral blood. CONCLUSION Enhancing the role of NK and inhibiting the function of regulatory cells and MDSC could be an effective way to intervene occurrence and metastasis mediated by CTCs.
