摘要
为了解芜湖市耕地地力状况,以及为市级决策者进行农业结构调整提供科学依据,在GIS和省级耕地资源管理信息系统支持下,采用特尔菲法、层次分析法以及模糊评价等数学方法建立芜湖市耕地地力评价体系及其模型。根据综合地力指数曲线斜率的突变点结合专家经验,将芜湖市耕地划分成5个等级,其中一等地占总耕地面积的14.76%,二等地占27.96%,三等地占35.62%,四等地占13.98%,五等地占7.68%。对每个等级从评价因子层次进行深入分析,并给出相应的利用对策。
In order to know the status of cultivated land fertility in Wuhu City and scientific basis for agricultural structure adjustment for the municipal decision-makersfarmland productivity evaluation system and its model of Wuhu city were established. By the support of GISprovincial land resources management information system and using method of Delphi method, AHP and Fuzzy evaluation method, etc., cultivated land fertility potential in Wuhu City was divided into five grades, according to the catastrophe point of the Integrated Fertility Index curve slope and expert' s experience. 14.76% of the total cultivated area was the first grade, and the second to fifth grade was 27.96%, 35.62% ,13.98% and 7.68%, resectively. By deeply analysing of the evaluation factor to each grade, countermeasures would be given the corresponding use.
