摘要
伴随着能源市场的持续发展、煤炭客户需求的日益多样化以及码头作业环保要求越来越高,封闭式堆场以其在环保、配煤、安全等方面的突出优势受到人们关注。文中以秦皇岛港煤炭码头筒仓堆存为研究对象,在Witness仿真平台上建立筒仓入仓仿真模型,进行初始化运行分析并通过改变煤炭码头集疏运设备的相关数量,确定多种物流方案,通过仿真,得出最优方案。
Along with the development of energy market, the diversity demands of coal customer and requirements of environmental protection are more and more, enclosed yard with environmental protection, coal blending, security, etc. has been paid attention to by people. In this article, we take Qinhuangdao port coal silo storage as the research object, set up silo warehousing simulation model on the Witness simulation platform, analyze and determine a variety of logistics solutions by changing the number of related coal terminal transportation equipment and conclud the optimal solution.
