摘要
目的应用婴幼儿体描仪测定功能残气量(plethysmographic functional residual capacity,FRCp),建立国内婴幼儿(≤2.5岁)的预计公式。方法采用德国JAEGER婴幼儿体积描记(简称体描)仪对来自重庆医科大学附属儿童医院整形及泌尿外科的73名年龄范围在11.61-125.13周的婴幼儿,进行功能残气量的检测。分析婴幼儿肺功能相关影响因素,建立FRCp的多元线性回归模型。并将该模型与国外相关模型进行对比。结果多元线性回归分析显示,影响婴幼儿FRCp的主要变量是年龄和性别(P<0.05),其模型为:FRCp=91.37+1.29×A+22.03×S;预计公式模型比较后显示,本研究的FRCp模型及Nguyen TT的模型对本研究群体有较好的适用性。结论本次研究建立的婴幼儿体描仪测定的功能残气量的预计公式及Nguyen TT的预计公式适用于中国西南地区2.5岁以下儿童的FRCp预测,为呼吸系统发育评估和疾病诊治提供了参考。该公式在中国其他地区的适用性有待进一步证实。
Objective To develop reference equations for plethysmographic function residual capacity(FRCp) in Chi-nese infants and young children during the first 2.5 years of life. Methods FRCp were measured using the Jaeger Baby bodysystem with standardized protocols. 73 Chinese infants ( age : 11.61-125.13w ) were raeruited from plastic surgical deparmentand urology surgical department of pediatrics at Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. Reference equation ofFRCp was built using multiple regression model. Comparison of application among various foreign equations in our data was as-sessed. Results Reference equations adjusted for age and sex were built, shown as FRCp = 91.37 + 1, 29 x A + 22.03 x S ; thecomparison results suggested that our predictive equation are more applicable to children from Southwest China. ConchusionThe current equations are applicable in Southwest China to children up to 2. 5 years old, using the same commercially available e-quipment, which facilitating the clinical interpretation of lung function infants and young children, The extent to which these e-quations are applicable to infants and young children for other parts of China needs, further investigation.
