摘要
为解决当前汽车仪表盘人工检测效率低,精度不高、人为因素大的问题,文章开发出一套适用性广的汽车仪表自动检测系统,提高了出厂仪表的安全性能。经测试,该系统对汽车组合仪表的检测结果最大相对误差不超过2.5%,满足行业标准QC/T 727-2007《汽车、摩托车用仪表》规定的精度要求。
In order to solve the problems of current car dashboard low artifitial detection efficiency, low accuracy and the influence of human factor, in this paper, a set of automatic test system for motormeter detection system is developed, which can improve the safety performance of the motormeter. After testing, the maximum relative error of the system is not more than 2.5%, which meets the accuracyrequirements in the industry standard QC/T 727-2007 〈Instrument for automobile and motorcycle 〉
