摘要
以棉短绒为基材,实验11组不同体积密度样本的吸油倍率、吸水率等指标,发现随体积密度的增加,吸油倍率先增加后减小,重复使用性能变好。以吸油倍率15g/g、重复使用比率90%为参考值,最佳体积密度范围在0.5~0.9g/cm3之间。实验发现天然棉短绒吸水的弱点比较突出,吸水率受体积密度的影响,最小吸水率在43%左右。使用10#硅油表面疏水处理后,吸油倍率变化不明显,吸水率大幅下降。以吸水率10%为参考值,棉短绒纤维最佳疏水剂增重率范围在0.26~0.40g/dm^2之间。
Cotton linters was selected as the basic composition of oil-absorbing material,and 11 sets of samples with different bulk density were conducted to research the characteristics of the oil absorption such as water absorption and reuse rate. The results showed that with the increase of the bulk density, the oil absorption rate decreased after the first increase, and the reuse performance became better. Oil absorption rate of 15 g/g and reuse rate of 90% were set as the reference value,the best bulk density value was in the range of 0.5-0.9g/cm3. It was also found that the bulk density affected water absorption in some degree,minimal water absorption rate of about 43 % which indicated the weakness of the cotton linters. Hydrophobic agent of 10 # silicone oil was used to spraying on the surface of cotton linters. The result showed a substantial decline in water absorption rate but oil absorption rate did not change significantly. Set the water absorption rate of 10% as the reference value, the best growth rate of the hydrophobic agent was in the range of 0.26 -0.40g/dm2.
