摘要
提出了二维气相色谱技术测定汽油中甲缩醛含量的方法。利用非极性填充预柱将汽油中沸点大于正己烷的重组分反吹放空,轻组分和甲缩醛经一个装填有Carbowax-1500[15%(m/m)]固定相的色谱柱分离分析。甲缩醛的质量浓度在0.040~80.0g·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为10mg·L-1。方法用于汽油样品的分析,加标回收率在102%~114%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.28%~0.91%之间。
Two-dimensional GC was proposed for the determination of dimethoxymethane in gasoline. By the use of non-polar pre%cotumn, the heavy components with their b. p. higher than that of n-hexane were separated by back-blowing to air, and the light components together with the dimethoxy methane were separated and determined by passing through chromatographic column packed with Carbowax-1500 [-15% (m/m)]. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of dimethoxymethane was kept in the range of 0. 040-80. 0 g · L 1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 10 mg · L-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of samples of gasoline, giving values of recovery found by standard addition method and RSD's (n= 6) in the ranges of 102%- 114% and 0. 28%-0. 91% respectively.
