摘要
采煤自动化要解决的重要问题之一就是如何使采煤机自动适应煤层起伏变化,并调整采煤机的截割滚筒高度,这就要求采煤机能测量摇臂的高度。本文选取测量摇臂高度的传感器为样本来进行具体的改造。包括工作环境对传感器的要求,以及采煤机对传感器的性能要求,然后针对所选传感器的特点,制定其改造方案,最后给出传感器的标定校准方案,确保可以正确的进行测量。
Shearer is the main equipment of coal mine production,the most problem of mining automation is how to make shearer automatically adapt to the change of seam so as to adjust cutting height of shearer. The paper first selects measuring rocker height sensor as sample to transform,including sensor's requirements for working environment and sensor's performance requirements for shearer,then makes its transformation plan according to the characteristics of sensor, and finally gives the calibration plan of sensor, which ensures correct measuring.
