摘要 本文借助于VB良好的交互界面和Ansys的APDL语言,实现了对汽轮发电机二维有限元模型的建立,在此基础上,结合转子绕组匝间短路诊断的功率期望原理实现了对汽轮发电机转子绕组匝间短路较高精度的可视化诊断,并实现了与数据库的连接,使相关运行参数和诊断结果可存至数据库以备查看和调用。最后以一台300MW的汽轮发电机为例,验证了所开发软件的可靠实用性。 Based on Visual Basic's excellent Interaction interface and Ansys's APDL language, it is convenient to realize the establishment of the two-dimensional finite element model of turbine generator. On this basis, combined with the power expectation diagnostic methods of rotor winding inter turn short circuit, it implemented a visual diagnosis of a short circuit between the rotor windings of turbine generator with high accuracy, and it implemented the connection to the database make the related operation parameters and the diagnosis can be saved to the database for future reference to see and call. Finally, a 300 MW turbine generator was taken as an example, the reliability and usefulness of this software were verified.
