摘要
本文通过选取我国农业保险保费补贴效率的合理评价指标,采用Bootstrap-DEA方法分析我国2010-2013年农业保险保费补贴效率的时空演进。研究结果表明:我国农业保险保费补贴效率的整体波动性较大;从技术进步的角度看,为提升补贴效率需要进一步扩大补贴的规模;而灾害因素和市场竞争程度对补贴效率的影响较为明显。
By choosing appropriate evaluating index of the efficiency of premium subsidies in crop insurance of China and using the Bootstrap-DEA method to analyze the spatial and temporal evolution of the efficiency of crop insurance premium subsidies in China during 2010-2013. The results show that： the efficiency of premium subsidies in crop insurance of China largely volatilized, overall; in order to enhance the efficiency of subsidies need further expand the scale of subsidiary, form the perspective of technological progress; and the factors like disaster and market competition affected the efficiency of premium subsidies obviously.
