摘要
经过十年的工业反哺农业,广西农村和农业迅速发展,农民生活水平不断提高,但广西农村教育尤其是基础教育仍较落后,农民文化素质仍较低。基础教育是农村教育最重要的组成部分,从长远看,对促进农村和农业发展具有重要的作用。为使有限的反哺资金发挥更好的作用,新时期广西工业反哺农业的着力点应是提升农村基础教育,既要扩大农村基础教育普及的外延,更要提高其普及的质量。
The countryside and agriculture have developed rapidly, and farmers＇ living level has continued to rise in Guangxi after 10 years of industry repaying agriculture. However, the rural education, especially elementary education still lags behind, and farmers＇ cultural quality is still low. Elementary education is the most important part in rural education, and ean promote the countryside and agriculture sustainable development in the long run. In the new period, in order to make the limited funding of industry repaying agriculture play a better role, the industry repaying agriculture in Guangxi should focus on promoting countryside elementary education, expanding the exterior and in particular improving the quality of the development of rural elementary education.
