摘要
目的探究放射科护理风险管理的应用价值。方法选取2013年1月—2015年1月在该院放射科就诊的520例患者为研究对象,在征得患者的同意之后,随机将患者分为两组,每组各260例。对照组患者给予放射治疗后的常规护理,观察组患者实施护理风险管理。收集记录两组患者的护理纠纷发生率,采用问卷调查患者对护理服务的满意程度。结果观察组发生护理纠纷或者护理差错的例数为10例,约为3.8%。对照组发生护理纠纷或者护理差错的例数为27例,约为10.4%。观察组护理纠纷和护理差错发生率均显著低于对照组发生率(P<0.05)。同时观察组的护理满意度为93.85%,对照组的护理满意度为80.77%,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强放射科护理风险管理工作,能够显著降低护理纠纷和护理差错的发生,提高患者对于护理工作的满意程度。
Objective To explore the application value of risk management in the nursing department of radiology. Methods 520 cases of patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 260 people. The control group received conventional nursing care, the observation group was implemented in nursing risk manage-ment. The incidence of nursing disputes in the two groups were collected and the satisfaction degree of nursing service was inves-tigated by questionnaire. Results In the observation group, the nursing disputes or nursing errors were 10 cases, about 3.8. In the control group, there were 27 cases of nursing disputes or nursing errors, about 10.4. Nursing disputes and nursing errors in the ob-servation group were significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. At the same time, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.85, while the control group was 80.77, and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was signifi-cantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To strengthen the risk management of radiology department nursing, can significantly reduce the nursing disputes and nursing errors, improve the satisfaction of patients for nursing work.
