摘要
目的:探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)女性患者家庭功能与抑郁情绪的相关性。方法:选择我科139例RA女性住院患者为研究对象,采用自行设计的一般情况调查表及疾病相关信息表、贝克抑郁自评量表和家庭关怀度指数问卷进行深入研究。结果:患者抑郁状况与患者的家庭关怀度总分、各维度评分均呈负相关(P<0.05),根据回归分析显示,家庭功能障碍、疾病活动程度与疾病负担是导致患者形成抑郁情绪的危险因素。结论:RA女性患者的家庭功能对其抑郁情绪有着一定的影响,提高家庭成员对RA女性患者的关爱,可在一定程度上预防和减轻患者的抑郁情绪,提高其生存质量。
Objective ： To discussion the relevance of family function and depression in female patients with rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods ： A total of 139 female hospitalized patients with RA patients for the study, to investigate with self- designed general questionnaire and disease -related information ta- ble, Beck depression self- rating scale and the family care index questionnaire in -depth study. Results：The condition of patient＇s depression, with family APGAR score, score each dimension was negatively correlated （ P 〈 0.05 ） , more worthy of attention is the presence of family 48 cases （ 34.53% ） patients, 77 cases （55.40%） patients with depression. According to the regression analysis showed that family dysfunction, disease activity and burden of disease were the risk factors leading to the formation of depression in patients. Conclusion ： RA female patients of family function of their depression has a certain in- fluence, improve family care for female patients with RA, patients can prevent and alleviate depression and improve their quality of life to a certain extent.
