摘要
目的:观察密集型银质针针刺治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效。方法:100例随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例,治疗组用密集型银质针针刺疗法,对照组用电针加TDP电磁波照射疗法。结果:总有效率治疗组100%、对照组66%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:密集型银质针针刺治疗肩关节周围炎疗效较好。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of acupuncture with intensive silver needles in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Method： 100 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, 50 cases in the treatment group and 50 cases in the control group. The treatment group were treated by acupuncture with intensive silver needles while the control group were treated by electric acupuncture combined with TDP electromagnetic wave irradiation therapy. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100% while that of the control group was 66%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of acupuncture with intensive silver needles on scapulohumeral periarthritis is good.
