摘要
建立了以Bi为内标,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定与食品接触的陶瓷制品铀、钍迁移量的方法,优化了仪器工作条件。铀、钍的检出限分别为0.53 ng/L和1.1ng/L,线性相关系数均>0.999。对10μg/L的铀、钍标准溶液平行测定12次,相对标准偏差分别为1.87%和2.84%。在5μg/L,15μg/L两个浓度水平做加标回收试验,铀、钍加标回收率为91%-116%,92%-108%。
Method for determining U and Th release from ceramic ware in contact with foodstuffs by ICP-MS was founded,in which Bi was used as the internal standard and instrument operating conditions were optimized. The detection limits of uranium and thorium were 0.53 ng/L and 1.1 ng/L respectively, and their linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999. The relative standard deviations were 1.87% and 2.84% after the 10μg/L standard solutions of U and Th were parallelly tested 12 times. The standard addition recovering rates were 91%-116% and 92%-108% respectively at the levels of 5 μg/L and 15 μg/L.
